Anchorline Financial Group
About us

A new company with an old-fashioned idea

Anchorline Financial Group was founded in 2026 on a simple belief: families deserve honest financial guidance — education first, products never.

Puru Gaur

Puru Gaur founded Anchorline Financial Group in 2026 because he kept watching smart, hardworking people get steered toward financial products they didn't understand — by advisors who earned more when the client understood less.

By day, Puru works in biopharma competitive intelligence — he helps clients make sense of the data behind multi-billion-dollar decisions. That discipline is exactly what he brings here: read everything, verify everything, explain it plainly, and never oversell what the numbers say.

He holds an MPH and an MBA, volunteers as a Taekwondo instructor for children in underserved communities, and believes a financial plan should read like advice from a neighbor you trust — not a brochure.

Anchorline is part of the THERXSIGNAL LLC family of companies (Puru is the sole owner), alongside ventures in vision rehabilitation, real estate, web design, restaurant consulting, and car-negotiation consulting. See the full family on our Affiliates page.

An honest note about what we are: Anchorline Financial Group is a financial planning practice — education and written plans. We are not a registered investment advisor, we don't manage portfolios, and we don't promise returns. If your situation needs a licensed advisor, a CPA, or an attorney, we'll say so and help you find one.

Why "Anchorline"?

An anchor in rough water

An anchorline is the rope that holds the anchor — the part that takes the strain so the boat doesn't drift. Markets swing. Jobs change. Kids grow. Parents age. The plan we write with you is your anchorline: steady, unflashy, and holding firm when the water gets rough.

We picked the name because it says what we do in one word. No acronyms, no jargon, no "wealth optimization solutions." Just: here's your anchor. Here's the line. Here's how to hold fast.

How we treat people
“The person across the table should teach you something — not sell you something.”
— Puru Gaur
